• Help organize and support campaign setups, optimizations, reporting, and analysis to improve Direct Response results
• Fulfill executional responsibilities on client accounts, including building campaigns and quality assurance of keywords
• Analyze campaigns and create performance reports for external client stakeholders
• Measure and monitor key performance indicators for paid media campaigns
• Develop testing roadmaps that align with client KPIs and respond proactively to meet client goals

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in paid search media buying or performance marketing at an agency
• Superb organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint, Google Slides
• Experience using Google Workspace

• Familiarity with project management and BI reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in digital marketing or media buying roles
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Creative problem-solving skills
