• Lead the design and architecture of solutions that align with business requirements and enable rapid innovation
• Develop and maintain systems for data protection using algorithms related to encryption and tokenization
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Implement continuous integration and delivery processes to enhance application deployment
• Provide guidance to product teams to ensure adherence to standards and best practices

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, or a High School diploma with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• At least 5 years of experience in software development using languages and frameworks such as Spring/Java, React
  
  JS, and various databases
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams in systems automation and integration
• Proven experience in building systems that protect data with strong encryption/tokenization algorithms
• Knowledge of continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, or Bamboo

• Recent experience with cloud‑based product design and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with application monitoring and resiliency solutions
• Experience working with SAML, OAuth2, and network protocols
• Skills in implementing data caching and in‑memory technologies at scale
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
