- To work in rotational shifts and reply all the queries as the first contact for the Tech Operation team
- To complete the requests in the expected service time manner which is in the scope of support for NOC team
- To answer the calls from internal/external customers and give the relevant information for high level customer satisfaction
- To create the correct tickets on IT Service Management Tool and escalated to upper levels if needed
- To transfer the alarm, incidents tickets to the correct team on time and follow-up within the expected SLAs and KPIs
- To help to multi - language support for internal and external customers in English
- To help to teams the resolve queries on time, monitor the systems on real-time basis
- If you hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or relevant work experience in Tech sector
- If you have experience in technology or/and support teams
- If you have experience in IT tools
- If you have an excellent command of written and spoken English you are exactly the one, we are searching for.
