Key Responsibilities Data Collection & Entry- Enter, update, and maintain structured data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
- Review incoming data for completeness and accuracy before submission
- Standardize formatting, naming conventions, and categorization across datasets
- Remove duplicates and flag inconsistencies or missing information
- Ensure adherence to data entry guidelines and quality standards
- Conduct structured online research using approved databases and sources
- Verify information accuracy before entering into internal systems
- Cross‑reference multiple data points to ensure reliability
- Document research sources and maintain traceable references
- Identify data gaps and upscale issues when necessary
- Assist in organizing datasets for analysis and reporting

- Contribute to basic analytical insights to support business decisions
- Double‑check entries for errors prior to finalization
