Job DescriptionWe’re looking to connect with passionate professionals for upcoming opportunities across our growing Paid Media teams. You may work across a range of paid media channels, including Search, Social, Programmatic, or Retail Media, supporting global brands and leveraging leading platforms to deliver measurable results.
As part of our collaborative team, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across campaign strategy, execution, optimisation, reporting, and client support, while developing expertise across multiple paid media channels.

- Plan, activate and optimise paid media campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic, or Retail Media channels.
- Manage campaign builds, pacing, troubleshooting, and budget delivery.
- Track campaign performance and produce clear, actionable reports.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4, SA360, Skai) to identify insights and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated paid media solutions.
- Support client relationships with strong communication, insights, and operational excellence.
- 1+ year of experience in at least one paid media discipline (Search, Social, Programmatic, or Retail Media).
- Hands‑on experience with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok, DV360, Amazon Ads, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and monitoring delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable solving problems independently.
- Curious, data‑driven, and eager to learn across multiple channels.
