We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven User Acquisition Manager to lead and scale paid acquisition campaigns for consumer mobile apps. This role is critical in driving efficient user growth, optimizing acquisition spend, and maximizing ROI across multiple mobile and web channels. You will work closely with product, creative, and analytics teams to execute data-driven campaigns, test new growth strategies, and maintain strong performance metrics.

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while contributing to global product expansion and strategic growth initiatives.
- Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across major channels, including Meta, Google, Tik Tok (SRNs/SANs), programmatic DSPs, and rewarded ad networks.
- Monitor daily performance, pacing, and spend efficiency to achieve KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Scale campaigns while maintaining efficient acquisition costs and revenue metrics.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, messaging, ad formats, and funnels to continuously improve results.
- Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and identify optimization opportunities.
- Partner with creative teams to develop, test, and iterate high-performing ad concepts.
- Stay current with UA trends, platform updates, attribution changes, and emerging channels.
- Contribute to the growth playbook, exploring new channels, formats, and markets for user and revenue growth.
- 1–4 years of hands-on mobile UA buying experience for consumer apps, games, utilities, or subscription products, ideally with in-app monetized products.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google, Tik Tok, programmatic DSPs, and rewarded ad networks.
- Strong analytical skills, fluent in Excel or Google Sheets, and familiarity with tools like Mix Panel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Singular.
- Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, monetization, and creative teams.
- Strong communication and reporting skills, capable of translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with ASO, web-to-app flows, rewarded traffic, or viral growth strategies.
