About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hub Spot Implementation Strategist to join their growing team. As a Hub Spot Implementation Strategist, you will play a crucial role in helping their clients leverage the full potential of the Hub Spot platform to achieve their business objectives. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through Hub Spot implementation, optimization, and ongoing support.

This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Strategic Consulting: Partner with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and technical needs. Translate these into actionable Hub Spot solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Hub Spot solutions, encompassing marketing automation, sales enablement, customer service optimization, and CRM integration.
• Project Management: Oversee the end‑to‑end project lifecycle for Hub Spot implementations, ensuring timely and successful delivery within scope and budget.
• Client Training & Enablement: Empower clients to effectively utilize Hub Spot through comprehensive training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the Hub Spot platform, including its tools, integrations, and APIs. Stay abreast of the latest Hub Spot features and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations etc.) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize Hub Spot workflows, improve processes, and enhance client outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Hub Spot consulting, solutions architecture, and implementation. Experience working with upmarket customers is a strong plus.
• Hub Spot Expertise: In‑depth knowledge of the Hub Spot platform, including marketing, sales, and service hubs. Hub Spot certifications are highly valued.
