Our UK operation has grown from zero into a fast-growing challenger in the UK bullion market - and we’re closing the gap on the market leaders quickly.

We’re now ready to invest seriously in performance marketing, and we’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own that effort.

What you’ll be doing Running Google Search, Bing, and Meta/Instagram campaigns - end-to-end ownership, not just reporting. Building campaigns from scratch - owning the strategy, not inheriting someone else's structure. Owning our conversion tracking and attribution setup (GA4, Meta Pixel) - the foundation everything else is built on. Producing clear performance reporting with real insight, not vanity metrics. Working in a market with genuine commercial texture - high-intent buyers, high transaction values, and real seasonality driven by global events.

What we’re looking for 3–5 years’ hands-on paid search and paid social experience. Someone who has built and managed Google Ads accounts and can show the results. Strong on tracking - you know how to use GA4 properly and you care about data quality. Commercially minded - you think in terms of revenue, not clicks. A self-starter who doesn’t need a big team around them to get moving.
