- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry
- Relevant certifications (PfMP, PgMP, SAFE LPM, SAFE RTE)
- Familiarity with portfolio management tools such as Jira Align and Smartsheet
- Data analysis skills using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with resource management tools
