What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):- Manage the end-to-end process for technology renewals, from assessment to purchase order requisition.
- Maintain a centralized renewals calendar to prevent service lapses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify usage gaps and optimize licenses.
- Analyze usage data and assist in forecasting future needs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct financial analysis and track cost savings and renewal metrics.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology sourcing or contract management.
- Strong understanding of software licensing structures and pricing models.
- Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms that deliver cost savings.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, including total cost of ownership (TCO).
- Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and source-to-pay tools.
- Proven track record of working independently in a high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with O365 and business intelligence applications.
