Collaborate with diverse teams, including Finance and Technology partners.

Involvement in commercial negotiations with suppliers for favorable terms.

• Manage the end-to-end process for technology renewals, from assessment to purchase order requisition.
• Maintain a centralized renewals calendar to prevent service lapses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify usage gaps and optimize licenses.
• Analyze usage data and assist in forecasting future needs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis and track cost savings and renewal metrics.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology sourcing or contract management.
• Strong understanding of software licensing structures and pricing models.
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms that deliver cost savings.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis, including total cost of ownership (TCO).

• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and source-to-pay tools.
• Proven track record of working independently in a high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with O365 and business intelligence applications.
