Position: Principal Product Manager, AI Support Transformation

What you’ll do

Docusign is seeking a hands‑on, technically strong Lead Product Manager to drive the company’s enterprise support transformation, reimagining how employees and business teams interact across IT, HR, Legal, Finance, and Customer Operations through Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic automation.

Reporting to the GVP, Infrastructure & Operations, you will define and execute Docusign’s AI Transformation Playbook—building and scaling LLM‑based platforms, copilots, and intelligent agents that deliver secure, personalized, and frictionless support experiences across the enterprise.

This role demands deep AI/ML platform expertise, strong enterprise product leadership, and a proven ability to deliver production‑grade, measurable business outcomes.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the GVP, Global Infrastructure and Operations.

Responsibility
  • Partner in the design and scaling of LLM-powered and agentic AI systems for enterprise support transformation
  • Build and operationalize Docusign’s AI Transformation Playbook to drive AI adoption across support domains
  • Partner with engineering, data, and operations to define architecture, data integration, and governance frameworks
  • Deliver measurable improvements in automation rate, resolution time, service quality, and employee experience
  • Ensure responsible AI practices in collaboration with Security, Legal, and Compliance
  • Champion an experimentation‑driven culture accelerating safe, scalable AI use across the enterprise
  • Establish a company‑wide AI‑driven support model transforming business operations
  • Enable autonomous resolution for most support and productivity flows
  • Deliver smarter, faster, and personalized support interactions and "wow" experience
  • Achieve measurable gains in efficiency, satisfaction, and cost optimization
Job Designation

Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 15+ years of experience, including product management in technology‑driven environments
  • Experience AI/ML products, LLMs, and enterprise automation
  • Experience with AI‑driven workflows and SaaS ecosystems

Preferred

  • Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management
  • Deep expertise in Generative AI, agentic systems, and LLM orchestration
  • Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, and AI platform integration
  • Knowledge of AI governance and compliance frameworks
  • Proven track record transforming enterprise support or business operations through AI
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
