• 5+ years of professional data analytics experience
• 3+ years of experience in regulated or governance-driven environments
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree
• Strong SQL skills for complex analytical querying and metric validation
• Solid background in Databricks environments for analytics and reporting

• Experience working in structured enterprise or public‑sector environments
• Familiarity with Data Access & Self‑Service Patterns for governed data consumption
• Experience on Agile/Scrum teams
• Forensic attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme ownership over work
