Project Coordinator / Associate Project Manager – Infrastructure Deployment Work From Home / Detroit area

CDW is hiring a detail-oriented Project Coordinators / Associate Project Managers to support a large-scale enterprise conversion initiative across major campuses in the Detroit area. This involves complex, high-visibility infrastructure deployments tied to third-party application implementations. This role focuses on coordination, tracking, and infrastructure workstream alignment across multiple concurrent projects.

• Serve as the primary infrastructure point of contact for a portfolio of third-party application projects
• Coordinate deployments including cabling, printers, connectivity, specialized systems, and related infrastructure components
• Track tasks, risks, and dependencies across multiple infrastructure teams
• Partner with Application Project Managers and Pod Leads to ensure infrastructure scope is understood and delivered
• Attend project meetings and provide status updates
• Support purchase order coordination as needed
• Escalate infrastructure risks and blockers
• Maintain detailed tracking documentation across work streams

• 2–5 years of project coordination or associate PM experience
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure or application-related deployments
• Strong task tracking and organizational skills
• Comfortable working onsite in large, complex enterprise environments
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams

• Experience supporting large-scale system conversions
• Exposure to healthcare IT environments
• Familiarity with Epic or other enterprise application ecosystems
