Remote Data Analytics Officer

As a key driver in our analytical team, you'll play a vital role in interpreting complex datasets that influence public behavioral health and healthcare research. • Apply knowledge in modern data management and analytical technologies to manage, visualize, and analyze various datasets.
• Support the stewardship and analysis of government data focused on public health and behavioral health.
• Provide support across the data lifecycle including data intake, storage, synthesis, automation, and analytical development.
• Collaborate with team members to lead development and implementation of QA/QC protocols for coding and data projects.

• Bachelor degree + 5 years experience, Master degree + 3 years experience, PhD + 0 years experience.
• Experience in a data-focused field, preferably with degrees in informatics, statistics, public health, or related areas.
• Ability to obtain and maintain public trust access for information systems.
• Strong skills in statistical, data analytics, and data management languages: R, Python, SAS, and SQL.
• Skill in version control software (git) and development of best practices.
• Critical thinker with strong communication skills and commitment to continued skill development.
• Ability to handle tasks such as digitizing forms, automating workflows, and building dashboards.
