- Lead Integration Projects: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple client integration projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and with high precision.
- Strategic Client Consultation: Serve as the authoritative face of Tavio for external stakeholders. You aren't just managing a project; you are a trusted advisor helping clients navigate their digital transformation.
- Diplomacy & Problem Solving: Navigate complex client environments with professional grace, managing expectations and resolving friction through clear, expert communication.
- API Mastery: Review technical API documentation and use tools like Swagger or Postman to test calls and validate data structures.
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and our build teams to ensure seamless data flow across diverse platforms.
- Quality & Reliability: Ensure every integration meets our high standards for performance and security before going live.
- Project Pro: Proven experience running cloud-based projects with clients and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority implementations without breaking a sweat.
- Technical Fluency: You are deeply familiar with JSON (XML is a major plus) and feel at home exploring new technology stacks.
- SaaS Ecosystem Expert: You must have hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
SAP Success Factors, Workday, UKG Pro/Ready, Oracle HCM, Greenhouse, or iCIMS. - API Savvy: You know your way around API documentation and enjoy the "detective work" of testing calls and troubleshooting.
- PMP certification.
- Experience with Workato, Boomi
, or another major iPaaS platform. - Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
