As a Microsoft 365 Support Specialist, your expertise in problem‑solving is matched by your dedication to providing outstanding customer service to clients and fellow technicians. Under the guidance of the Managed Services Team Lead, your role as a Microsoft 365 Support Specialist involves diagnosing and resolving issues pertaining to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 Apps.

This role is listed as Hybrid out of the Downtown Vancouver head office; however, for the right candidate, we are open to remote work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Apps
- Support clients with issues related to SharePoint Online, One Drive and Teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint permissions and content sharing issues
- Assist customers with creating and maintaining SharePoint sites and Teams
- Securely configure SharePoint environments and sites
- Support clients with requests related to Microsoft Lists, Teams, Forms, Planner, Power Automate and the other Microsoft 365 Apps
- Work with clients to migrate content from file shares, on‑premises SharePoint, and cloud services to SharePoint Online
- Assist clients with Microsoft 365 onboarding and training
- Work with the ticketing system to pick up and deal with client support tickets
- Maintain project and client documentation
- Communicate with clients as required keeping them informed of progress
- Participate in regular team and client meetings
- Maintain a deep knowledge of technology, products and services applicable to our clients and the industries in which they operate
- Detailed knowledge of SharePoint settings and permissions
- Exposure to Exchange Online is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to multi‑task and adapt to changes quickly
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work in a fast‑moving environment
- Willingness to answer escalation requests outside regular hours when required.
- 2+ years’ experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Apps
- Microsoft 365 and Office certifications preferred
- Experience migrating content to SharePoint Online preferred
- Experience creating and maintaining Power Automate flows preferred
- Experience with SharePoint on‑premises is beneficial
- Experience working for an MSP or related company preferred
- Competitive Compensation based on Skill set and experience can range between $70,000 - $90,000
