* About the Role:

** We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business System Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in documenting current-state processes and defining data-driven future states to support strategic decision-making. This role involves conducting external research and data analysis to inform future-state design, partnering closely with stakeholders during Agile/PI planning, and translating business needs by breaking down epics into clear, actionable user stories.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Document current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Define data-driven future states to support strategic decision-making.
* Conduct external research and data analysis to inform future-state design.
* Collaborate with stakeholders during Agile/PI planning.
* Translate business needs into detailed user stories and requirements.
* Utilize analytics and reporting to measure outcomes and guide prioritization.
* Support continuous improvement across teams using insights and KPIs.

* Qualifications:

*** Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in process documentation and strategic planning.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and PI Planning.
* Ability to decompose complex business needs into actionable user stories.
* Familiarity with analytics tools such as JIRA, Snowflake, and Tableau is a plus.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The base salary range for this position is $ 72,000 to $85,000  plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
