mesoneer is one of the leading Swiss software companies in the fields of digital onboarding, process automation and the integration of complex peripheral systems. Our approximately 120 employees in Switzerland and Vietnam digitize and simplify business processes with individual software solutions, modernize outdated applications and develop in-house SaaS solutions. We need you for our customers in the finance and insurance sector, public administration and other industries!

Strategic development and expansion as well as sustainable maintenance of our customer network

Increasing the company's market presence and visibility

Conducting order- and offer-related negotiations with customers and partners

Preparing and following up on offers and sales leads in close coordination with marketing and relevant internal stakeholders

Processing tenders, conducting presentations and pitches at customer sites

Independent market and competition analysis to incorporate the insights gained into strategic growth initiatives

Close cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders to identify and implement business potential and trends at an early stage

Completed degree or comparable education with a technical or business focus

Several years of professional experience and proven track record in establishing and expanding customer relationships in the IT B2B environment, preferably in software development

High IT affinity and broad understanding of technology, as well as a strong market and customer focus

Resilient, communicative, and open personality with a genuine sales hunter mentality

Willingness to travel, a reliable, independent, and structured way of working, and a confident, professional manner

Must-have:
Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
