Our client is seeking a Senior Agile Master to join the product team responsible for Digital Sales Equipment at the Retail Point of Sales.

This role is a key driver for "Product Vision 2020," focused on creating an emotional, brand-adequate vehicle retail experience that distinguishes the brand as an innovation leader through seamless product visualization.

The Mission: You will act as the servant leader for the product team, ensuring the successful implementation of the Agile Working Model (AWM).

Your goal is to foster a safe, transparent, and high-performing environment where cross-functional teams can deliver immediate joy and excitement to customers through innovative digital retail tools.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Education: Relevant Degree or Diploma.
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Agile Principles.
• Leadership: Prior experience as an Agile Master or Team Lead.
• Certification: Scrum Master Certification is mandatory.

Essential Skills (Verified):

• Strong project management capability
• Ability to lead technical teams using Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills
• Strong problem solving, ownership, and result orientation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
• Negotiation and customer focused approach
• Stress tolerance, teamwork, and motivational leadership
• 5 8 years' experience with Agile principles

Advantageous

Skills:

• Project Management qualification (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Guiding teams on Agile/Scrum practices and value delivery
• Facilitating workshops, discussions, and conflict resolution
• Improving Agile maturity and ensuring continuous improvement
• Supporting self organization and completion of tasks ("closing the loop")
• Collaborating with product owners and international teams
• Building a safe, transparent environment
• Helping remove impediments
• Enhancing communication and visibility of team performance
• Supporting backlog grooming and raising data quality issues
