• Serve as the primary technical authority for the program and ensure adherence to the approved technical approach
• Lead system architecture and design of modular services, promoting reusable components and interoperability
• Implement Dev Sec Ops  practices and ensure automated testing and secure coding standards are integrated
• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment in cloud environments
• Mentor engineers and coordinate collaboration across engineering, product, and government stakeholders

• Demonstrated experience serving as a Technical Lead (or equivalent role) on large-scale complex IT programs
• Extensive experience leading Agile development teams and implementing Dev Sec Ops  practices
• Proven expertise designing and managing CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of federal IT security standards, including NIST guidance and Section 508 compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience supporting or deep understanding of GSA or other federal acquisition modernization initiatives
• AWS or other cloud certification
• Security-focused certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+)
• Agile leadership certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum)
• Experience integrating intelligent automation or AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise cloud systems
