• Establish and lead project teams, managing technical projects from initiation to delivery
• Coordinate requirements definition, budget management, and resource allocation for projects
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure effective project execution
• Track project status and key metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing technical projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Advanced knowledge/experience of Service Now and proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
• Leadership skills to collaborate across organizations and influence without authority

• Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Industry experience within financial services, logistics, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or retail
• ITIL Concepts certification
