IT Business Systems Analyst – ERP & Product Data Platforms

, a Fortune 500 leader in distribution and supply chain solutions, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support a large enterprise technology transformation across their Own Brand business units.

You will work closely with business leaders, architects, developers, and product teams to help shape how digital systems support the lifecycle of products across B2B and B2C channels.

The Client is consolidating eight independent product brands into a unified ERP ecosystem
. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in helping design and implement the systems that support product data, business operations, and digital platforms across the organization.

Your work will focus on:

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Validating previously defined requirements and aligning them with evolving business needs
• Supporting the implementation of ERP, PIM/PXM, and related digital platforms
• Designing and improving product data structures, datasets, and data mappings
• Documenting current business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborating with product managers, developers, architects, marketing teams, and senior analysts
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning sessions
• Supporting configuration activities and assisting with system setup
• Creating and executing unit and functional test cases
• Helping troubleshoot system issues and supporting production environments
• Contributing to training materials, system demonstrations, and knowledge sharing

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role
• Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or similar)
• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM/PXM) systems
• Understanding of product lifecycle data, product catalogs, or manufacturing‑related systems
• Experience working with data mapping, product attributes, and structured datasets
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile environments
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Power Point
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

• Experience with JIRA or Confluence
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems
• Familiarity with GS1/UPC product data standards
• Experience working with large product catalogs or complex datasets
• Exposure to digital commerce or product content platforms
