What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive partner enablement across Microsoft Security solutions and assist partners in adopting security upgrades
  • Support partners in sales acceleration and upgrade motions for Modern Work security and Azure security services
  • Execute go-to-market initiatives focused on security, including workshops and campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft stakeholders to align security strategies and support field-driven opportunities
  • Help partners transition from license-only conversations to security-led value selling
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3–6+ years of experience in partner sales, sales enablement, security pre-sales, or channel roles
  • Experience working with Microsoft partners or Microsoft security solutions
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities and Azure security services
  • Ability to position security in business and risk-based terms
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience

  • Microsoft Security certifications or training experience
  • Strong presentation and enablement skills
  • High energy with strong follow-through and detail-oriented approach
  • Comfortable engaging both sales and technical audiences
