**** THE JOB:
** As a Technical Analyst I, you’ll be the first line of defense for resolving technical issues, monitoring critical systems, and ensuring seamless IT operations. You’ll collaborate with various teams, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the efficiency of our IT environment.
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Triage and resolve technical incidents escalated from Service Desk and Field Technology teams.
* Monitor and manage corporate IT systems to ensure operational efficiency.
* Troubleshoot application and system performance issues.
* Escalate complex problems to Level 2 teams or vendors as needed.
* Maintain detailed incident documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing.
* Keep end-users informed about system statuses and outages.
* Provide critical updates and alerts to IT departments during outages.
* Support applications like Opera, LMS, Info genesis, Patron Management, Spa Soft, and Stratton Warren.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** 1+ years of IT experience, preferably in a technical support or operations role.
* A strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking systems.
* Experience troubleshooting Windows Server, Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux), and VMware (preferred).
* Knowledge of network protocols, configurations, and LAN operations.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in a resort or hospitality environment is a plus.
