About the Role
Dev Nexus Solutions is looking for a  Go High Level  & Performance Marketing Specialist  to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in  Go High Level  CRM, funnel building, marketing automation, and paid advertising (Meta Ads) . You will be responsible for building high-performing lead generation systems and optimizing marketing campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Go High Level  (CRM & Automation)
Build and manage  funnels and landing pages in Go High Level
Create and optimize workflows, pipelines, and automation sequences
Set up email, SMS, and Whats App follow-up campaigns
Integrate lead sources such as Meta Lead Ads and Google Ads with GHL
Configure calendar bookings, lead routing, and notifications
Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations

Performance Marketing
Launch and manage  Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions
Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages
Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS
Implement conversion tracking and reporting

Requirements
Minimum  2 years experience working with Go High Level
Experience running Meta lead generation campaigns
Strong understanding of funnels, CRM systems, and marketing automation

Experience with integrations such as Zapier, Twilio, and calendar systems
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results

Preferred Skills
Google Ads experience
Funnel optimization and CRO
Email marketing strategy
Experience working with service-based businesses
