** The Opportunity
** We are looking for an Operations Efficiency Coordinator to join our growing team in Fareham. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape how our operations evolve — combining data, Industry 4.0 technologies, and continuous improvement techniques to drive measurable performance gains.

** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Partnering with shop floor teams to identify, design and deliver improvement initiatives
* Supporting the Operations Resilience & Efficiency Manager with updates, coordination, and documentation
* Applying Industry 4.0 tools (automation, data visualisation and digital workflows) to improve productivity and reduce waste
* Analysing operational data to uncover trends, risks and efficiency opportunities
* Supporting and leading continuous improvement projects, including cost-benefit and risk analysis
* Standardising processes and embedding new digital ways of working
* Creating and delivering engaging training to support adoption of new technologies and processes
* Tracking KPIs and reporting on performance, cost savings and operational impact
* Collaborating with corporate and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with wider business goals
** What We’re Looking For

** Essential experience and skills:
*** Experience in manufacturing/production-led environments
* Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma or similar)
* Practical understanding of Industry 4.0 tools such as automation systems, technologies, or data visualisation platforms
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical solutions
* Confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels, including shop floor teams
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver structured project outcomes
* Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment
