This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Analytics Team Lead (Cupid Media) in United Kingdom.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a data-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth. As a playing coach, you will combine hands‑on analytical work with team leadership, directly influencing product strategy and business performance. You’ll drive experimentation, uncover behavioral insights, and quantify business impact across a large-scale digital platform. Working within a globally distributed environment, you will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Data Engineering teams.
The role offers both strategic ownership and operational depth—shaping analytics infrastructure while mentoring a team of analysts. If you think in systems, challenge assumptions, and translate data into meaningful action, this opportunity will allow you to make a measurable difference.
- Act as a hands‑on analytics leader, personally contributing to product and marketing analysis while managing and mentoring a team of analysts.
- Identify root causes behind shifts in product, marketing, and business KPIs through deep behavioral, funnel, and cohort analysis.
- Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments (A/B testing, CUPED/CUPAC methodologies, proxy metrics) to guide data‑backed decisions.
- Quantify both expected and realized business impact of product and marketing initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to inform roadmap prioritization and strategic direction.
- Lead and develop a team of product analysts, setting clear goals, conducting 1:1s, and ensuring high analytical quality standards.
- Own and prioritize analytics infrastructure initiatives in collaboration with Data Engineering, ensuring data quality, scalability, and metric consistency.
- Establish and maintain standards for experimentation, dashboards, and analytical processes across the organization.
- Build and scale robust marketing and growth analytics frameworks, including LTV, CAC, attribution, and performance optimization models.
- Communicate insights clearly to leadership, balancing short‑term business needs with long‑term analytics strategy.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to interpret user behaviour through metrics and translate numbers into product value insights.
- Systems thinking mindset, understanding how product, analytics, and data infrastructure interconnect.
- Proven experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or similar roles within digital product environments.
- Hands‑on expertise in experimentation design, A/B testing frameworks, and impact evaluation methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring analysts, including performance management and development planning.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and validate findings through alternative hypotheses.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering structured, data‑driven storytelling and actionable recommendations.
- High level of ownership and independence in identifying growth opportunities and solving problems proactively.
- English proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
- Availability to work within GMT+4 to GMT+10 time zones (9:00–18:00 schedule alignment).
- Full‑time remote opportunity with global collaboration.
- 28 calendar days of paid vacation annually.
- 7 additional wellness days per year for personal recovery and flexibility.
- Referral bonuses up to $5,000 for successful candidate recommendations.
- 50% reimbursement for professional training, conferences, and international events.
- Corporate discount for English language lessons.
- Health benefits including up to $1,000 gross per year reimbursement for medical insurance or healthcare expenses (where corporate insurance is not applicable).
- Workplace setup support, including fully equipped office/co‑working options or up to $1,000 gross reimbursement every three years for home office expenses.
- Internal gamified recognition system with redeemable rewards such as merchandise, team‑building…
