Job Title: Associate Director, Paid Search
SummaryDidit is looking for a strategic, results-driven, and highly experienced Associate Director, Paid Search to lead paid search strategy and performance across a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep platform expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving growth and measurable results in a fast-paced agency environment. This role requires both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on oversight, along with the ability to mentor team members, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand performance across accounts.

What You’ll Do- Lead paid search strategy, execution, and performance across multiple client accounts spanning Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid media platforms
- Develop and oversee customized search strategies aligned with each client’s business goals, industry, audience, and budget
- Provide senior-level guidance on account structure, keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding methodology, testing roadmaps, and overall optimization approach
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and return on investment
- Serve as a senior client-facing lead, presenting performance reports, insights, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities on a regular basis
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams across SEO, paid social, analytics, and creative to deliver integrated marketing strategies
- Mentor and support team members, helping to elevate team performance, quality of work, and platform knowledge
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, automation developments, and emerging best practices to ensure innovation across accounts
- Contribute to department growth by helping refine processes, improve account management standards, and support new business opportunities where needed
- 4+ years of hands‑on Paid Search experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven experience leading strategy and performance across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking
- Strong understanding of campaign architecture, bidding strategies, attribution, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and maintaining strong performance across multiple brands and industries
- Strong client leadership skills, with experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and communicating strategy clearly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience mentoring or managing team members in a collaborative environment
- Google Ads Certification preferred
- B.A. or B.S.
- Experience with eCommerce and B2B
- Proficiency in Excel and performance reporting tools
- Experience with reporting and management platforms such as Looker, SA360, or similar tools
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, collaborative agency environment
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture leadership and day‑to-day performance oversight
