Digital Implementation Specialist – Pensions     Home Based    We are looking for a Digital Implementation Specialist that comes from a pensions or financial services background to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity as we launch new digital pensions products for 3 of our public sector clients.
As the Digital Implementation Specialist, you will help design, deliver, and manage a new suite of digital experiences. You will work with the Pensions Digital Product Leads to deliver the digital strategy as part of the team focussed on achieving challenging outcome targets and building digital assets for our client and key internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of content management (using Microsoft Dynamics) across systems, web pages, video and microsites and will partner closely with the client to understand their digital needs and support the Digital Product Leads in prioritising these needs to inform the client roadmap.

* What you will do:

*** Use the Microsoft Dynamics system and other CMS products to deliver website changes and updates for public sector clients
* Manage relationships between teams, partners, and customers
* Work with project teams and key stakeholders to develop and deliver web content solutions within project time frames and objectives
* Under take the management of web content and systems
* Work closely with IT to understand technical constraints in journeys and help adjust the journey appropriately. Drafting new/amended products or services as needed
* Work closely with the Digital Implementation Manager, wider engagement team and the pensions business to use insightful reporting
* Collaborate with research leads to conduct website usability testing to review site performance
* Assisting in key digital initiatives
* Raising awareness and assisting in driving online traffic, visitor conversion and brand awareness
* Analysing, monitoring and reporting of client website
* Extracting and manipulating data for use in segmented campaigns
* Optimising key pages within the site for SEO
* Assist the delivery of the web content plan
* Responsible for the delivery of some monthly client reporting
** What we are looking for:
**** Essential
* ** Experience in the management of website content and digital products using MS Dynamics
* Experience of, personalisation, segmentation, automated communications, content management, email and SMS tools, campaign-specific web developments, and App integration
* Have worked in financial service on digital product journeys
* You can demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information in front of stakeholders and clients
