Remote Front End Principal Developer; React

Position: Remote Front End Principal Developer (React)
The Mar Tech CMS Project at this global hotel chain is an internal Marketing Technology initiative to rebuild and modernize the company's marketing content management system, which supports how global marketing and CRM teams create, manage, personalize, and distribute guest facing content across digital channels. At a high level, it is not just a website CMS-it is a customer facing content platform that sits at the center of Hyatt's marketing, personalization, and campaign ecosystem.
A re platforming of the CMS backend onto AWS to improve reliability, flexibility, and integration with modern Mar Tech tools. This CMS is designed to ensure that the data and content entered by marketing teams flows downstream to guest facing experiences (web, campaigns, personalization layers)

This Senior Front End developer will work on new landing pages and drag and drop features to build brand new code for this CMS product. This will be 80% development, and 20% leading the development effort working with other developers, product teams, marketing teams, and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- Expert with React - very strong front end background to help get new project up and running, architecture, leadership and guidance for how to build a front end product.
- Leadership experience driving a project on their own doing brand new development for the Mar Tech CMS including landing pages, building in house capabilities, drag and drop features
- Experience building brand new landing pages and drag and drop (DND) features
- Large enterprise environment
- Someone who has been a developer in a marketing Technology space
- CMS product build experience
- Type Script
- Node.js
- Tailwind
- HTML 5
- Cloud integration with AWS
- End to end testing frameworks using Playwright or Cypress

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience building out a Mar Tech CMS Product
- IF they know anything about AWS/Lambdas that is a big plus
