• Support partners in sales acceleration and upgrade motions for Microsoft security products
• Execute go-to-market initiatives and campaigns focusing on security solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security strategies and messaging
• Assist partners in moving from license-only conversations to security-led value selling

• 3–6+ years of experience in partner sales, sales enablement, or security pre‑sales roles
• Familiarity with Microsoft security solutions and Azure security services
• Strong presentation and enablement skills for both sales and technical audiences
• Ability to articulate security in business and risk‑based terms
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience

• Microsoft Security certifications or relevant training experience
• Previous experience working with Microsoft partners
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to tasks
• High energy and strong follow‑through in security discussions
