- Develop and maintain standardized dashboards for monitoring delivery health

- Facilitate cross-workstream risk resolution sessions and track mitigation effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry
- Relevant certifications such as PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM, SAFE RTE
- Familiarity with portfolio management tools like Jira Align and Clarity
- Data analysis skills using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to actively shape company culture through mentoring and volunteering
