Position: Technical Customer Care Specialist II (vAuto)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide technical support to customers, ensuring satisfaction with products and services
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or online, addressing technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer requests, documenting issues for future reference
  • Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience using SQL to investigate and resolve customer issues
  • Ability to write and interpret SQL queries for data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills to translate SQL results into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience with interaction distribution systems like Genesys Pure Cloud
