Responsibilities:
- Develop, edit, and publish compelling website content aligned with cynet's branding and messaging standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, IT, and product managers, to gather requirements and ensure content accuracy for website upgrade projects.
- Conduct content audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure all web content adheres to SEO best practices, accessibility guidelines, and digital marketing strategies.
- Maintain editorial calendars, manage content workflows, and ensure timely delivery of website upgrade milestones.
- Analyse web performance metrics and user feedback to refine and enhance content effectiveness.
- Coordinate with designers and developers to seamlessly integrate content into upgraded website layouts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in web content management, digital marketing, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in web content creation, website upgrades, or digital content management within a technology or consulting environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as Word Press, Drupal, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, or basic web development.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Certification in digital marketing, content strategy, or related disciplines is a plus.
- Multilingual capabilities or experience creating content for global audiences.
