• Monitor and triage security events daily, assessing incidents and collaborating with team members to develop solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for security platforms, including policies, procedures, and standards
• Conduct information security awareness briefings and training sessions to promote positive security behaviors
• Support governance, risk, and compliance activities through technical assessments and audits
• Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation and be available onsite within 1 hour for incidents

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Three years of experience in IT security incident and event management, incident response, and endpoint protection
• A minimum of two active security certifications from an industry-recognized certification body, or equivalent education and experience
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Experience with common security tools such as firewalls, SIEM tools, and endpoint protection
• Familiarity with Information Security frameworks and compliance standards like ISO 27001 and NIST
• Active security certifications such as Security+ or CySA+
• Experience documenting complex technical designs and conducting technical training
• Knowledge of current developments in security technology and trends
