- Facilitate cross-workstream risk resolution sessions and track mitigation effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong organizational abilities
- Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry
- Relevant certifications (PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM, SAFE RTE)
- Skills in data analysis using tools such as Power BI, Tableau
- Familiarity with portfolio management tools like Jira Align and Clarity
- Demonstrated involvement in shaping company culture through mentoring or volunteering
