Senior BI & Data Analyst; Remote

• Provide firsthand support to business units for their ad hoc data and reporting requests
• Develop and deploy reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand business requirements for computing initiatives
• Design and develop ETL and integration solutions, implementing industry best practices
• Communicate technical ideas in non‑technical language to business stakeholders

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or Business Administration
• 7‑10 years of in‑depth data analysis experience
• Strong SQL knowledge and query writing abilities, including data validations and performance tuning
• Experience writing SQL queries in Oracle or SQL Server platform is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Good understanding of reporting and data presentation concepts, preferably with Power BI
• Aptitude for understanding ETL processes and best practices
• Ability to document and communicate designs aligned with business requirements
• Strong willingness to interact with business stakeholders and prioritize effectively
