• Partner with project and program managers to implement core project management practices
• Review delivery artifacts to ensure clarity and alignment with standards
• Develop and maintain dashboards for transparent reporting on delivery health
• Facilitate risk resolution sessions and support structured escalation of risks
• Contribute to the standardization of templates and improve delivery processes

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent education and experience
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana)
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM, SAFE RTE)
• Data analysis skills using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with portfolio management tools like Jira Align or Clarity
• Demonstrated involvement in company culture initiatives
