Position: Application Support Analyst I

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide technical support for hospital and lab staff using medical technology products
  • Document and manage customer support calls in the helpdesk ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Write change requests for system enhancements or defect resolutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to follow up on ticket status and provide updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent diploma, or SBB, MT, or MLT Training Certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital lab or blood bank
  • Ability to work alternating shifts to provide 24/7 remote support
  • Dedicated office space and stable internet service for uninterrupted support
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish or French is highly desired
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Blood Track®? system, Safe Trace Tx® transfusion management software, and/or TEG® Hemostasis Analyzer and TEG Manager® software
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to independently troubleshoot customer issues
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
