Are you passionate about turning complex technology into real business impact?

At Lenovo, you’ll work at the forefront of commercial IT, partnering with sales teams to deliver innovative solutions across devices, infrastructure, services, cybersecurity, and AI. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where deep technical expertise meets influence, problem‑solving, and global collaboration.

What are the key areas of responsibility?
  • Work alongside Lenovo commercial sales teams in a technical sales capacity
  • Present Lenovo roadmaps and solutions to customers
  • Act as focal point for the customer to address for complex technical escalations
  • Manage communication with internal Lenovo support teams
  • Continuously maintain/enhance technical skills on relevant products / services
  • Provide in‑depth solution knowledge & product expertise of Lenovo product range to sales teams
  • Your key interactions will be with sales organizations from mid‑market to global accounts, EMEA & WW product business units, T2 support and technical teams & Product Development teams globally
Product scope

Primary:
Lenovo commercial solutions including end user client and infrastructure. Tablet, Laptops, PCs, Workstations, smart office, deployment and management tools, Lenovo services, cyber security, servers / Infrastructure. A.I.

What are the skills & experience required?
  • Enterprise IT deployment and management experience. On‑prem, off‑prem, SCCM, modern‑IT.
  • Varied knowledge of client devices and back‑end infrastructure
  • Superior problem solving & analysis skills, commitment & action oriented
  • Knowledge and experience with core Microsoft Modern IT tools (MDT/SCCM/Intune)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Results driven, team player able to effectively manage teams both virtual & remote

This will be a mobile contract based on work at home, in the Lenovo UK office, or at customer sites. You will travel to various customer locations across UK&I.
