7326B s is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Systems Manager, or a Dynamics CRM Administrator looking to take a step up into a broader, more responsible role.

• Lead the strategy and evolution of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, owning the roadmap and prioritising features and enhancements in line with business goals.
• Manage CRM user rules, access permissions and security models.
• Design and implement front-end changes, and customise and optimise search functionality, including Dataverse.

• Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home

• Solid experience in a similar role, such as Dynamics 365 Systems Manager, CRM Manager or Dynamics CRM Administrator
• Hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365 CE and experience of managing user access
• Familiarity with Dataverse search customisation, as well as the ability to integrate and manage custom plugins
