• Support the Head of Portfolio Delivery/Portfolio Delivery Lead in delivering initiatives across the Portfolio
• Manage a defined area of the Portfolio roadmap, ensuring critical updates are shared and delivery owners are held accountable
• Maintain strong relationships with teams outside the Portfolio to coordinate dependencies and ensure alignment across end-to-end delivery
• Act as the escalation point for RTEs / STEs to resolve issues within internal and external delivery partners for initiatives you own
• Coordinate estimates and cross-Portfolio dependencies with teams outside the model to support end-to-end delivery planning
• Track progress, manage release targets, and report status to stakeholders inside and outside the Portfolio
• Run processes that enable effective flow of work through the Portfolio, including managing the pipeline and intake process
• Provide insights and feedback to the Head of Portfolio Delivery to help evolve and improve the ‘Agile for Sky’ framework
• Support the Portfolio with co-ordination of key events and ceremonies

• Extensive experience in accountability for portfolio delivery, with a strong track record of delivering complex, multi-team and multi-vendor, large-scale IT initiatives effectively.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, including planning, coordination, and risk management, with experience working in large enterprise technology estate, navigating governance, security, architecture, platform constraints, and change processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement and alignment across both technology and business stakeholders, showing repeated experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Solid understanding of financial planning, including direct experience managing budgets, cost forecasting, resource modelling, and risk management.
• Demonstrable track record of taking ownership of failing, complex or high‑risk projects and turning delivery around.
• Self‑starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast‑moving situations, making decisions without escalation.
• Highly desirable – previous experience doing the above with Contact Technology/ AI/CCaaS implementations.
