The RoleThe Senior Project Manager serves as the operational engine that connects strategy to execution across our Marketing and Creative teams. In this role, you'll translate high-level objectives into clear, actionable project plans that drive momentum and accountability from kickoff through completion. You'll orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives, including full-funnel B2B marketing programs, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time.
By proactively managing risks, coordinating dependencies, and turning discussions into trackable action, you'll keep high-visibility work on track. Your impact will be felt across brand, demand, product marketing, sales enablement, and lifecycle marketing efforts, helping the business execute with clarity and consistency.
Location: This is a remote position. You must live and work permanently in the U.S. to be considered.
What You'll Do- Intake and translate project requests into clear scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and communication plans across cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans that reflect sequencing, resource allocation, and downstream handoffs across funnel stages.
- Lead project update meetings and convert discussions into assigned, trackable action items to drive accountability and momentum.
- Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Marketing, Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops to ensure project plans reflect cross-functional handoffs, funnel alignment, and downstream dependencies across full-funnel initiatives.
- Partner with Brand and Creative teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks across design, copy, video, and animation, ensuring briefs are complete and approved.
- Manage review and approval workflows
, coordinating feedback, revisions, and sign-offs within established timelines. - Identify risks, blockers, and scope changes early
, escalating appropriately and proposing solutions to maintain progress. - Monitor creative team capacity and workloads
, recommending prioritization, resourcing adjustments, or timeline shifts as needed. - Maintain accurate project documentation and systems
, ensuring assets, decisions, and status updates are organized and accessible.

- 5+ years of experience in project management for a brand, creative, or marketing team.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading full-funnel B2B marketing programs spanning brand, demand generation, sales enablement, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong understanding of graphic design, web development, copywriting, and video production workflows.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented, systems-thinking mindset.
- Experience with project management and documentation tools, automations, and digital asset management systems.
- Familiarity with modern B2B marketing motions such as demand generation, product-led growth, account-based marketing, and lifecycle marketing, preferred.
- A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
- A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
This is a salaried position starting salary range is $95,0000-$110,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
