Microsoft Partner Solution Specialist - Security

• Support partners in sales acceleration and security upgrades within existing customers
• Execute go-to-market initiatives focused on security enhancements and partner workshops
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and Microsoft stakeholders
  
  Help partners transition to security-led value selling and customer engagement

• 3–6+ years of experience in partner sales, sales enablement, or channel roles
• Experience working with Microsoft partners or security solutions
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and Azure security services
• Ability to communicate security concepts in business and risk-based terms
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience

• Microsoft Security certifications or related training experience
• Strong presentation and enablement skills with both sales and technical audiences
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks
• High energy and strong follow-through in security discussions
