• Collaborate with project and program managers to implement core project management practices
• Review and challenge delivery artifacts for clarity and alignment to standardsli>

• Facilitate cross-workstream risk resolution sessions and support escalation of material risks
• Contribute to maturing governance gates and health review processes

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry
• Relevant certifications (PfMP, PgMP, PMP, SAFE LPM, SAFE RTE)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with portfolio management tools such as Jira Align and Clarity
• Demonstrated involvement in shaping company culture through mentoring or volunteering
