Join an automation team to design, build, and scale Robotic Process Automation solutions using UiPath. You will deliver end-to-end bot implementations—from discovery and process definition through development, testing, deployment, and monitoring—partnering with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and drive measurable efficiency gains.
Key Responsibilities- Scope, design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor RPA solutions on the UiPath platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes, document requirements, and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Apply RPA best practices and standards to deliver robust, maintainable solutions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing bots; resolve production issues and implement enhancements.
- Manage the bot release cycle and coordinate rollout activities.
- Create documentation, including process definitions and solution designs.
- 3+ years of hands‑on UiPath RPA development across the full lifecycle, including process definition/documentation and leading development/release cycles; strong proficiency with UiPath Orchestrator.
- Experience with .NET (C# or ).
- Strong SQL skills and REST API integration experience.
- VBA/Excel macros experience; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to translate documented processes into automation solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting PC software issues.
- Experience with other RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Work Fusion).
- UiPath Insights exposure; RPA Developer certification and UiPath Developer Foundations training.
- Domain knowledge in mortgage/real‑estate‑related operations (e.g., MI, Title, Valuations, Closing, SFR).
- Experience building solutions from the ground up and navigating loosely defined problem sets.
- Working knowledge of system integration and programming concepts.
- Role involves extended periods working at a computer with standard office equipment; reasonable accommodations available.
