Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator – Technology Deployment & Network Readiness

Location: Remote / Work from Home - Seeking someone in Detroit who can come in for periodic meetings

Duration: Contract (through Sept 2026)

CDW is seeking a highly organized Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support onsite coordination for a large, multi-phase technology rollout across major campus facilities in Detroit. This role will assist with end-user device deployments, network readiness activities, and infrastructure coordination within complex, 24x7 enterprise environments.

This opportunity supports Wave 2 of a large-scale enterprise integration initiative.

• Support onsite coordination of technology deployment activities across multiple campuses
• Track PC/endpoint deployment progress and Technical Dress Rehearsal activities
• Assist with network readiness efforts, including cabling coordination and port activation tracking
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, status reports, and action logs
• Communicate risks, issues, and updates to senior project managers and stakeholders
• Liaise with infrastructure teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Help ensure compliance with IT security standards and organizational policies
• Monitor milestones and escalate delays or blockers as needed

• 1–3 years of project coordination or junior project management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working onsite in a large campus environment

• Multi-site rollout coordination
• Infrastructure, cabling, or network project exposure
• CAPM or PMP (nice to have, not required)
