• Design and optimize escalatory frameworks and SOPs to address recurring issues on the Amazon Marketplace
• Develop data-driven mechanisms to analyze performance fluctuations and track compliance
• Lead solution ideation for stakeholders in response to brand-driven opportunities or challenges
• Manage business performance KPIs to ensure marketplace health and brand excellence
• Author strategic documentation to advocate for support or changes from external partners

• Advanced expertise in Excel and SQL for data analysis
• Proven experience with Amazon systems (Vendor Central/Seller Central/Brand Registry)
• Demonstrable understanding of ROI calculations and prioritization of initiatives
• Experience in developing scalable and automated workflows
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex gaps to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in e-commerce management or program management within a technology-driven environment
• Background in financial analysis or business strategy development
• Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and consumer behavior
• Experience in stakeholder relationship management and collaboration
