• Collaborate with customers, Data Engineers, and other team members to capture capability needs and create data sets and operational reports
• Drive quality data and reporting solutions while addressing data-related challenges across project phases
• Support testing of data and report delivery requirements to ensure minimal production defects
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the data delivery lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, reporting project status and providing accurate documentation

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Systems or Technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field, or relevant experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and Hadoop
• Ability to analyze data to determine business problems, trends, or opportunities for process improvements
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders

• 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
• 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
• Six Sigma certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
