Title: SAP Business Analyst (Business Facing)

Location: Remote with some travel

Duration: 6 months C2H (GC/USC)

Key Focus: Strong in Financial Reporting and Profit Analysis. S/4 HANA is a must.

• Client does not currently have S/4
  
  HANA
• Existing financial reporting, but S/4
  
  HANA effort will start from ground zero
• Significant discovery and definition work will be required up front

• Major gap in business-facing SAP BA capability
• Looking for a true business professional, not a technical configurator
• Role expected to help define requirements, shape best practices, and guide the business forward

• S/4
  
  HANA experience required
• Strong finance domain knowledge
• Deep understanding of CO PA (Profitability Analysis)
• Experience with financial reporting and margin analysis
• Understanding downstream impacts of reporting and margin changes
• Configuration experience NOT required

• Understand and translate business requirements
• Rapidly get up to speed on current processes
• Act as the "eyes and ears" of the business
• Identify gaps
• Bring forward SAP and finance best practices
• Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Bridge current state reporting to future state S/4
  
  HANA design

• Senior, consultative, business-facing analyst
• Strong financial acumen and stakeholder communication skills
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage transformation
• Long-term mindset aligned with contract-to-hire intent
